Where are your servers located?
Content uploaded to platform (where zeroheight acts as processor) is stored on AWS in Ireland (EU). We also have a secondary site available for failover on AWS in Germany (EU). Analytics data relating to use of the service (of which we are a controller) is processed in US, UK and EU. Any personal data transferred outside of the UK/EEA to a third country (such as the US) is done so using applicable transfer mechanisms.
Do you encrypt data at rest?
All data at rest is encrypted via AWS-256 or greater (as per Data Management Policy). This includes backups. AWS Macie sweeps our S3 storage to detect and alert on any unencrypted data. All data in transit (internally and outbound) is encrypted with HTTPS TLS 1.2 or greater.
Is there an SLA for resolving identified security issues?

How is the Figma integration architected, and what security's in place?
The Figma integration requires access to the Figma API, and users need to authorize zeroheight to access their Figma account. Processing is done via a serverless (Lambda) function as syncing design assets to zeroheight can be a longer-running task. zeroheight follows all the guidance from Figma on authenticating against their API. What's your session timeout?
Our idle timeout is 48 hours. It’s set to a longer period because of the nature of the product. We find that since design systems are used as reference sites, they tend to be viewed for longer periods and 48 hours gives a good user experience, whilst still keeping the product secure.
What is your disaster recovery strategy?
zeroheight runs active–active across multiple availability zones/datacenters in AWS in Ireland (eu-west-1). We also have a secondary site available for failover on AWS in Germany (eu-central-1) and we test that failover on a quarterly basis (and on significant architecture changes). What are your Recovery Objectives?
We do not offer SLAs for service recovery, but we target 99.9% uptime, and have a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 4 hours, along with a Recovery Point Objective (RPO) of 24 hours.
Can I view or export access logs for administrators and end-users?
While zeroheight does not currently support direct export or external transmission of audit or access logs, key user actions are visible through the built-in Activity Feed. This feature provides a high-level view of changes and updates across zeroheight, and is usually sufficient for tracking typical usage. For more specific investigations, our support team can assist. I found a security bug. Do you have an established bug bounty program?
We don't have a formal bug bounty programme, but are very keen to review security findings. If they're things we agree are significant and are issues we're not already aware of/addressing then we may make a discretionary payment, usually in the form of Amazon vouchers, but this isn't something that we do routinely.
