Does Maestro Labs support HIPAA compliance?
Yes. Maestro Labs supports HIPAA-regulated use cases when acting as a Business Associate under an executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). HIPAA safeguards are implemented through our shared security controls and policies — including access controls, encryption, incident response, workforce security, and audit logging — which also underpin our SOC 2 Type II program. Customer data is not used for AI model training
Maestro Labs and its subprocessors are contractually prohibited from using customer data to train third-party or general-purpose AI models. Customer data is processed only to deliver, secure, and support the services.
Where is Maestro Labs customer data stored?
Maestro Labs stores customer data on AWS infrastructure in the United States. AWS provides enterprise-grade cloud security controls, and Maestro Labs applies its own safeguards on top, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, vendor due diligence, and contractual protections for international transfers. For larger enterprise deployments with specific residency needs, we can discuss available options.
How long is the data stored?
Maestro Labs stores customer data only for as long as needed to provide the service. - Individual meetings are completely deleted when requested. - All data will be erased after deleting your account.
