Do you support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes, Giftogram supports SSO via SAMLv2 or OpenID Connect (OIDC). We’ll coordinate setup with your IT team and can support SSO-only login or allow fallback to username/password. Each setup is unique and requires technical coordination with our team.
What is our data retention policy for recipient data?
Recipient data is retained until the code expires + 90 days. After 90 days: - Names and addresses are permanently deleted. - Email addresses are hashed so that they cannot be viewed or recovered but can still be search for if a recipient contacts support.
How long do we store contact information on the Giftogram platform?
We store any contact information uploaded to the platform indefinitely. Users can log in and delete contacts at any time, or they can request deletion through support.
