Which integrations are required for Edge?
No integrations are required to use Edge.
What happens if we delete our data?
Edge will retain your data for up to 30 days in case it is needed for compliance or restoring a backup, after which it is permanently deleted.
Where are your servers located?
We use Microsoft Azure and store data in the US with data residency options for customers in the EU.
Do you impose requirements on your vendors?
Edge only uses vendors that comply with the highest standards of privacy and security. If they cannot promise and maintain those standards, we find someone else. This includes with large language models, where we require all large language model vendors to commit to not training on our data and providing zero-day retention policies that mean that they function as a pass-through processor rather than storing customer data.
Do you train on customer data?
No. Edge never trains on confidential customer data for our models without explicit user consent. We also make that enforceable commitment in our agreements and policies. This commitment was also enshrined as a custom control in our SOC 2 Type II audit.
