We're excited to announce that StudyFetch has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance! Our audit by Advantage Partners covered July 7 - October 7, 2025 and received an unqualified opinion with no exceptions noted. Type II compliance goes beyond our previous Type I certification by verifying that our security controls operated effectively throughout the entire three-month examination period. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to protecting your data with consistently robust security practices.

This achievement indicates that our handling and processing of customers’ data meets key security standards. The protection of customer data is the highest priority for our team and we’re committed to building a robust security & compliance program. We’re thrilled to celebrate this milestone as another way of building trust with our customers. We partnered with Advantage Partners & Vanta to seamlessly guide us through the compliance process.

Our SOC 2 Type I Audit Period has ended and we are expecting to publish the Type I report by the end of this week. Type II Audit period is underway and we will provide updates as that audit period comes to a close.

We are currently preparing and engaged to undergo a SOC2 audit, our timeline is June 2025. The security controls listed here are in progress as apart of that audit and do not reflect the entirety of our security controls or procedures.
