All data colected or provided by customers and partners is classified sensitive and stored and accessed only by those in Primary Record that require access to serve the customer are given permission to work with the data. Those employees have a legal responsibility to not share that infromion.

Because Primary Record is a consumer application that enables customer to collect data via patient portal API access, does not require a prescription from a physician, and is not a healthcare provider that provides health or medical advice, Primary Record abides by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) law and stays on top of applicable state and federal laws as well as industry-wide best practices related to IT security and data privacy.
