Where are your servers located?
Our servers are secured and hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Our AWS provider meets the highest physical and software security standards and is certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019 and 9001:2015.
How do you authenticate?
Users log in to their account with a login (email) and password that meet strict criteria, in compliance with CNIL and ANSSI requirements. In addition, MFA or SSO login can be implemented on request at no extra cost. We use an authentication provider, Auth0. Authentication data is encrypted: your data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2 and at rest via AES 256. For password hashing, Auth0 uses a bcrypt password hashing algorithm with a salt of 128 bits and 10 rounds.
Is your data secure?
Yes, at Doctrine we attach great importance to data security and confidentiality. We use the HTTPS protocol with TLS 1.2: all your searches are encrypted before being transmitted to our servers so that no one can intercept them. We use the industry-standard AES 256 encryption algorithm. Your login credentials are highly secure (we use the bcrypt encryption algorithm). In addition, we have put in place internal technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data. In particular, we segment access to data according to roles and favor the use of pseudonyms: only people with a legitimate reason can access the personal data we hold. We also minimize the data we send to our various service providers so that we only send them the data that is really necessary for their activity.
